COAL EXPORT PRICES

ANGLO-POLISH DISCUSSIONS. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, December 4. It is anticipated that the discussions between the representatives of the British and Polish colliery owners, which have been proceeding for some months and are now taking place in London, will continue. It is stated that there are strong hopes that a final agreement will be the outcome of the discussions, the object of which is to reach an understanding on coal export prices and tonnage to avoid unprofitable price-cutting in mutual markets.
