HERRING TRADE

FREEZING EXPERIMENTS. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, December 4. Experiments are in progress on the brine freezing of herrings, and although perfection has not yet been attained the results are promising. So far no attempt has been made to market these frozen fish. The experiments are being undertaken by the largest firm of fish dealers in Britain.
