The monthly sitting of the Warden’s Court at Riverton yesterday was presided over by Mr E. C. Lewy, S.M., Warden. The following applications were dealt with:— Wilfred Murray and W. Jordan, ordinary prospecting licenses in respect of 20 acres at Round Hill, in block X, Longwood.—Granted. David J. Wesney, dam, situated in section 45, block 1, Longwood S.D.— Recommended. Round Hill Gold-Mining Company, ordinary prospecting license in respect of 100 acres in section 18, block 10, Longwood.—Adjourned until October 2. D. J. Wesney, ordinary prospecting license of 20 acres, in section 42, block 1, Longwood.—Adjourned until October 2. G. W. Ericson, prospecting license, 20 acres at Orepuki in sections 13, block 3, Longwood.—Granted.
