HEDDON BUSH NOTES

(From Our Correspondent.) At the fortnightly euchre tournament in the Heddon Bush hall there was a large attendance. The results were: Ladies, first prize, Mrs T. Homer; second, Mrs Smtih, Miss D. Homer and Mrs J. Malcolm third. In the play off Mrs Malcolm was successful. Men, first prize, Mr W. Moylan; second, Mr W. Hamilton, Mr R. Malcolm and Mr Johnson tied and in the play off Mr Johnson was the winner. At the tournament held the previous fortnight the successful players were: Ladies, first prize, Mrs W. Homer (the prize being donated by Mr Abraham Wachner Invercargill); second, Mr W. Hamilton; men, first, Mr M. Forde; second, Mr J. Cowie.
