JAPANESE SHIPS
TWO SEIZED BY SOVIET. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 9.20 p.m.) Tokio, June 14. The Governor of Hokkaido reports that a Soviet warship seized two Japanese crab cannery vessels on June 13, off Cape Lapatka, Kamchatka.
