DROUGHT IN BULGARIA
BAN ON CEREAL EXPORTS. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.0 p.m.) Sofia, June 8. The export of all cereals has been prohibited by Government decree following the effect of a prolonged drought on the harvest and a heat wave. The temperature has reached 104 degrees.
