Tatarescu announces himself as Minister of Foreign Affairs and adds that his Cabinet in its programme structure will be a continuation of Dr Duca’s. Surprise was created at the swearingin of the Cabinet because M. Titulescu had been omitted. CHANGES MADE TITULESCU’S RETURN. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.55 p.m.) London, January 8. The Bucharest correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that after a long audience with King Carol M. Titulescu agreed to resume office. King Carol acceded to M. Titulescu s demands, including changes in the personnel, virtually giving him the War Ministry and Police as well as the Foreign Office.
