BOLIVIA AND PARAGUAY. RENEWAL OF WARFARE. (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.55 p.m.) Buenos Aires, Jan. 7. The flat rejection by Paraguay of a last minute plea to extend, the armistice plunged the Chaco region into renewed warfare on Sunday night after a truce lasting 18 days. . While reports of armed activity m the Chaco are lacking, the Paraguayan replv to the League of Nations Chaco Commission left no doubt of their intention to resume hostilities against Bolivia.
