LENDING ABROAD
REVIVAL IN BRITAIN. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, December 28. The financial editor of the Daily Herald says that plans are being prepared for a revival of British lending abroad, but it will be ensured that the money is not to be used to finance competitors against British industry. The major portion must be spent in Britain. It is expected that the Treasury will remove the ban on foreign loans early in 1934.
