LONG SITTING ENDS. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, December 15. The House of Commons rose early this afternoon after sitting continuously for nearly 23 hours. After completing the committee stage of the Bill to give effect to the recommendations of the Royal Commission on Newfoundland, the House proceeded with the discussion of the financial resolutions of the Unemployment Bill.
