HUNGARIAN FLAG
PRESENTED TO WAIKATO SCOUTS. (Per United Press Association.) Hamilton, November 30. A Hungarian national flag inscribed with the words, “To our Scout brothers in New Zealand,” was handed to the Waikato Scouts last evening by Scoutmaster G. I. Clark, of Hamilton, who returned this week from the International Scout Jamboree held at Godoollo, Hungary, in August. Mr Clark took to the jamboree gifts from the Waikato Scouts, which he presented in the presence of 6000 Hungarians. They expressed their gratitude by a goodwill offering in the form of an inscribed emblem.
