FOUR DAYS TO BATAVIA. (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) London, September 26. In contrast with the relatively low speeds of the Anglo-Australian service, Holland has constructed a tripleengined "Pander” mail carrier with a maximum speed of 230 and a cruising speed of 186 miles an hour with a range of 1600 miles.
