HOLIDAY AT BIARRITZ. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, August 16. The Prince of Wales flew to _Le Bourget from Sunningdale last night in his new Vickers-Viastra two-engined aeroplane on his way to spend a short holiday at Biarritz. Travelling incognito by night train from Paris, the Prince reached Bayonne this morning and left by motor car for Biarritz. While flying the Prince’s machine back to Croydon, Flight-Lieutenant Fielden was obliged by bad weather to make a forced landing. The plane was slightly damaged.
