YANGTSE RIVER VERY HIGH. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Shanghai, June 25. The former German concession at Hankow is flooded by the Yangtse to a depth of four inches, while the lowlying parts of the French, Japanese and former British concessions are likewise flooded.
