Closing day at the Rotary assembly at Poland Springs was devoted to a general discussion of the relation of rotary to world affairs and its efforts to create better international understanding. The delegates are leaving tonight and to-morrow for Boston for the convention opening there. Confirmation and the election of governors of the various rotary districts throughout the world will be part of the programme.
