EASTERN DISTRICT MATCHES. Following are the results of yesterday’s Eastern Southland Rugby matches which were played in unfavourable weather conditions:— FIRST GRADE. Albion 14 defeated Pioneer 3. SECOND GRADE. Waimumu 8 defeated Albion nil. Pioneer 3 drew with Pukerau 3. THIRD GRADE. High School 6 defeated Mataura 3. Wyndham defaulted to Pioneer. FOURTH GRADE. Pioneer 9 defeated Albion 0. Wyndham 12 defeated High School 5.
