Mr James Collier, chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, today predicted to newspapermen that a Democratic 3.2 per cent. Beer Bill would be passed by the House on Wednesday. REPEALED ACTS OFFENDERS RELEASED. Sacramento (California), December 19. Governor Rolph signed pardons today releasing from Californian city or county gaols 128 men and women violators of the repealed Wright Prohibition Enforcement Act or the Jones “Still Act.”
