SOCIALIST LEGISLATION. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, October 5. Despite Mr Arthur Henderson’s warning against any tying of his own hands, the Labour Party Conference at Leicester passed a resolution that when the next Labour Government assumed office, either with or without power, definite Socialist legislation must immediately be promulgated and the party stand or fall on it in the House of Commons.
