BRITAIN AND FREE STATE. EFFORTS TO END DISPUTE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, September 25. Simultaneously with the declaration cf a Free State Minister, Mr Lemass, in a speech at Loughrea that Cabinet wanted to settle the Anglo-Irish dispute but would not be bullied to this end, an ex-Minister, Mr Fitzgerald, announced the decision of the Cosgrave Partv to exert every pressure to force Mr de Valera to end the economic war with England.
