RIOTING AT LIVERPOOL. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, September 23. There were renewed disturbances at Liverpool. Constables prevented an open air meeting whereupon a thousand assembled and pelted the police with missiles, including old. pots and pans. Reinforcements arrived and charged the mob, of whom several were injured.
