STRANGE REVOLT
LEPERS LEAVE SANATORIUM. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Madrid, March 24. A strange revolt occurred at Fontilles, near Denia, where lepers, forcibly ejecting nuns tending them at the sanatorium, declared their intention of forming a free colony of their own. Many walked to neighbouring villages, kissing and hugging all whom they met. The police and inhabitants eventually took all back to the institution.
