State-subsidized airway concern, Baron Karl von Osietsky and Herr Walter Kreisler were sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment. The terms of the judgment may not be published as all present were sworn to secrecy. There is much speculation in connection w'ith the Lufthansa State secrets, since Germany is not permitted to possess naval or air forces.
