STUDENT DISAPPEARS

NO CLUE TO WHEREABOUTS. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, June 23. Charles S. Insley, aged 22, a student at Canterbury College, disappeared from Ruileston House Hostel last Thursday, and although an exhaustive search has been made by the police no clue to his whereabouts has yet been found. A feature of the case that heightens the mystery is that all the clothing which Insley usually wore is still in his bedroom. Insley’s home is at Cowes, near Auckland. His parents say they know nothing of his movements. He is described as reserved and quiet.
