RATIONING OF WORK
VICTORIAN RAILWAYS. /United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 9.30 p.m.) Melbourne, January 7. The Victorian Labour Ministry has decided that rationing is preferable to dismissale. In the Railway Department rationing began to-day with 2000 single men, and later the scheme will be applied to over 6000 employees.
