CRITICISM OF LEAGUE'S WORK. REPLY TO COUNT BERNSTORFF. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright, j Geneva, September 24. The last meeting of the Preparatory Commission on Disarmament has been fixed for November 3. Count Bernstorf f said he had participated in the League's disarmament work for the past five years, and not the slightest advance had been made. Lord Cecil, replying, said Count Bernstorff’s view was exaggerated. It was unfair to say the Preparatory Commission had not prepared a basis for future disarmament.
