NOTORIOUS GANGSTER’S WELCOME. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) Vancouver, September 23. A message from Philadelphia states that Jack Diamond, the notorious gangster who was deported by England, France, Belgium and Germany, has arrived home. He was met by a welcoming committee of three Philadelphia lawyers, 30 detectives and an automobile load of arms and tear gas bombs.
