FILM POSTER REFORM

DRASTIC CENSORSHIP REGULATIONS. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, September 24. The regulations dealing with the censoring of film posters, announced by. the Minister of Internal Affairs (the Hon. P. A. de la Perrelle) some weeks ago, have been before Cabinet, and it is anticipated that they will be approved by the Executive Council on Monday, in which event they will be published in the Gazette on Thursday week. When he made his announcement recently the Minister indicated that the regulations would be of a drastic nature, but Mr Perrelle said last evening that he would not be in a position to disclose the precise terms until they were gazetted.
