GORE CLUB CONCLUDES SEASON. . The winter golf season was officially closed at Gore yesterday, when a final match was played. This will be finished on Saturday. At the conclusion, the president, Mr R. Fisher, presented the trophies won during the season. Following were the winners : May—Medal, D. Piper.
June —Bogey, J. Domigan; medal, A. S. Atkins; four-ball bogey, R. Fisher and J. Domigan. July—Medal, J. Aitken; eclectic, R. Domigan; concealed holes, F. C. Wylie. August—Medal, R. Fisher; bogey, A. S. Atkins; mixed foursome, H. Gresham and Mrs Pettigrew.
September—Medal, G. Martin ; Mr Young’s trophy, A. S. Atkins; ringer, J. M. Boyne; knock-out. T. L. Piller; junior championship, R. Aitken; senior championship, G. Young. Gore Ladies’ Club. The following is the draw for the bogey match to be played at Gore to-day: Mrs J. A. Brown v. Mrs Perry; Mrs Miller v. Mrs Stroud; Mrs Piller v. Miss Nicol; Miss Rhodes v. Miss Maher; Miss Kirk v.
