PARTY OF THREE ON BOARD. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) Sydney, September 2. Coastal shipping has been warned to keep a lookout for the whaleboat Felix, which is missing from Newcastle. A fishing party of three with only enough food and petrol to last till nightfall left Newcastle early on Sunday morning. The boat carried no sails. TIMELY RESCUE MEN ALMOST EXHAUSTED. (Rec. 8.15 p.m.) Sydney, September 2. The missing fishing boat Felix was located near Port Stephens by a National Airways air liner en route to Brisbane. Advice was sent to Newcastle from which port the pilot steamer was sent up the coast and brought the Felix to safety. The three men aboard were in the last stages of exhaustion. They had been adrift 56 hours. Their food was all gone, and they had tried in vain to attract attention. Their engine broke down on Sunday night, and they were unable to restart it.
