Wellington, May 22. Damages amounting to £237 7/- for injuries received when struck by a motor cycle in December while stooping down td examine a motor cycle himself were to-day awarded by Mr Justice Blair to Patrick Smith, a garage attendant, against Wm. Keith Wickens.
