BLUFF NOTES

The local company of Girl Guides held its annual birthday party on Tuesday evening last at Willard’s Hall. Mrs J. G. Macdonald, Provincial Commissioner, Miss Campbell and Mrs McGrath and friends were in attendance, accompanied by parents and the local committee. Various items were contributed by the following, after the roll-call was taken:—Guides D. Bigwdod and B. Angus, duet; Guide P. Cosgrove, piano solo; Guide L. Richardson, song; company, “Lim-a-zam-a-ziin”; two Brownies, song; Guide D. Bigwood, piano solo; Guide K. Edwards, song; Guide Z. Nichol, song; Guide E. Sargeant, recitation. Afterwards a distribution of service stars and Tenderfoot badges was made by Mrs Macdonald.
