AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND EGGS. > BRITISH ARTICLE PREFERRED. London, November 22. Discussing the egg market prospects, Mr Merritt, Director of the Australian Egg Export Company, says the Merchandise Marks Bill has interfered considerably with the sales of Australian and New Zealand eggs. Buyers naturally favoured the British article, as stamping Australian and New Zealand created suspicion regarding their quality.
