MURIHIKU CUP. ' MATCH AT GORE. On the Hokonui Club’s green last evening a rink representing the Woodlands Club unsuccessfully challenged the Hokonui Club’s rink, holders of the Murihiku Cup. Hokonui established a substantial lead early in the game and held it throughout. The rinks were: — Hokonui: Johnston, Tait, Thomson, Barnett 25. Woodlands: Bell, Lyall, Harper, McKenzie 10. INTER-CLUB MATCH. Edendale Defeats. Gore A. In the Eastern District inter-club competition Edendale last evening defeated Gore A by five points. The fixture was played on the Gore Club’s green, which was in excellent order. The game was a particularly interesting one and all the rinks were very evenly matched. The detailed scores were: E. G.
