BURGLARS BUSY
OPERATIONS IN CHRISTCHURCH SAFE BLOWN OPEN. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, November 14. Safe blowers were again active in the city last night. The scene of operations was tho office of the Jarrah Timber Company in Moorhouse Avenue, where two safes were opened, one with gelignite. The burglars gained very little for their trouble, their total haul being only £4 in cash and £1 in stamps. The men who planned the attack were evidently expert cracksmen.
