ROTARY MOVEMENT

INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS. POSSIBILITY OF DISCONTINUANCE. (Rcc. 9 p.m.) New York, June 2. At Dallas the possibility of the discontinuance of International Rotary Conventions with the deccntralizaiton of international organizations was proposed at a post convention session of officials to-day. The decentralization plan is fostered by British groups, whose idea of the internal handling of Rotary differs materially from the programme the Americans offer. To-day’s discussion was held behind closed doors.—Australian Press Association.
