JUVENILE GANG

A GOOD HAUL. 20 BOYS ROUNDED UP. (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, November 12. The Children’s Court will be kept busy for the next few weeks’ sittings, because of a big round-up of about 20 boys. No less than 122 charges ranging from mischief to breaking, entering and theft, and conversion of motor cars were preferred against this juvenile gang which for months has given the police an anxious time. It is now believed that many burglaries and thefts in the Mount Eden district for several months will be cleared up.
