STRONG COMPETITION
(Rec. 10.30 p.m.) Sydney, November 12.
The third scries of wool sales were resumed. AH sections of the trade competed strongly, notably France, Germany, Russia and Japan. The market was very firm and unchanged although finer descriptions of Merino showed a hardening tendency. Greasy Merino sold to 28<d equalling the highest price this season.—Australian Press Association.
