MYSTERIOUS DROWNING
MOTHER AND DAUGHTER.
Melbourne, November 12
Mrs T. Phidian and her daughter, aged eight, were drowned in Lake Victoria under mysterious circumstances. They had been missing from their home since Saturday. The bodies were recovered by the police. — Australian Press Association.
