In the Eastern countries, England, tenants cannot be found for farms. In one case a landowner has two farms of about 350 acres each; he is prepared to let them, for the first two years, at 10s an acre, and to spend £l5OO in putting the buildings in repair. Yet he is still looking for tenants.
