INTENT TO DEFRAUD CREDITORS. BANKRUPT BEFORE COURT. (Per United Preen Aneociation.) Gisborne October 15. On a charge of transferring his interest in a motor car to his wife with intent to defraud his creditors prior to his bankruptcy, Antonio Zaame, an Italian fishmonger, who is bankrupt, was placed on probation for twelve months in the Magistrate’s Court this morning. Ou a charge of failure to keep proper books of account prior to his bankruptcy he was convicted and ordered to pay coote.
