CHAMPIONS FOR AUSTRALIA. (Rec. 12.10 a.m.) Melbourne, October 15. Norman Brooks returned from England and America to-day. He eaid he was confident that the French tennis champions, Cochet, Lacoste and Borotra, were coming to Australia for the international tennis carnival during the 1929-30 season. It was highly likely that Tilden, Hunter, Misses Helen Wills, Ryan and Senorita D’Alvarez would also come.—Australian Press Association.
