MOTORISTS FINED ON THE SPOT.

AUTHORITY TO ROAD POLICE. Paris, October 10. A decree has been issued authorizing road police to collect on the spot motoring fines ranging from 12/- to 24/-. The offender signs an acknowledgment of conviction.
