Surely it is within Mr Churchill’s power to make provision for the widow or permit the House of Commons to discuss the desirability of doing so. Elsie Mackay, who was lost with Captain Hinchcliffe in an attempt to cross the Atlantic by air. The estate is reported to be in the vicinity of £500,000.
