ELIMINATION OF WAR
MR A. HAMILTON’S VIEWS. (Special to the Times.) Wellington, July 12. “War will not cease by the limitation of armaments or by international treaties” said Mr A. Hamilton (Wallace) in the House to-night. “We will eliminate war only when we create the spirit of goodwill and the will to do away with war. The military spirit is not rampant in New Zealand.”
