IMMENSE MONOPLANE

LARGEST IN THE WORLD. BRITISH WORKMANSHIP. (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, June 26. The biggest aeroplane in the-world is expected to fly over London to-morrow. It is the British monoplane Inflexible which weighs 14 tons, has three Rolls-Royce-Con-dor engines, giving a total of 2100 horsepower, is 75 feet long and has a wing spread of 150 feet, which is over five times greater than the average single-seater fighter. The monoplane is constructed of metal and its two wheels, which are its only ground support, stand over seven feet high. —British Official Wireless.
