Mails for Australia, South Africa, Egypt, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlement etc., close at C.P.O. on Saturday, June 2 at 4.30 p.m. for despatch by S.S. Manuka from Bluff to Melbourne. A delivery of correspondence (including registered) usually made by postmen and general delivery, will be made over the counter between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. MONDAY, JUNE 4, 1928. Mails for despatch will close at 7.15 a.m. Mails will be sent to northern and Lake District offices only. The Postal Branch, the Money-order and Savings-bank Branch and all offices in the local district will be closed. No delivery will be made by postmen. TELEGRAPH OFFICE.
