PIRATES DECAMP
CONSIDERABLE BOOTY ABANDONED. (Rec. 1.5 a.m.) Hong-Kong, May 29. Details of the Tean piracy show that the pirates boarded the steamer in Hoihow harbour, securing control and taking the vessel to Bias Bay, where the pirates landed booty and kidnapped passengers. A British warship arrived and the pirates fled, leaving the prisoners and considerable booty.— United Service.
