Percy Lubbock and his wife, Lady Sybil Lubbock, have new books. He has written a sketch from memory of Miss Mary Cholmondeley, the novelist, who died in 1925. It includes anecdotes of other friends of hers and of the authors, and some extracts from her diary. Jonathan Cape announces the book, and also Lady Sybil Lubbock’s book, which is called “On Ancient Ways,” and consists of travel essays in the East.
