RIFLE SHOOTING

INVERCARGILL CLUB. The Saturday members of the Invercargill Rifle Club completed the seventh competition, 10 shots at 300 yards, of the club championship on Saturday afternoon. The weather was fine and one or two good scores were made. J. Fredric top-scored with a good 46, J. Ure being next with 42. A. Cowan, who was one of the leaders, had a burst and only registered 33.
