RUMANIAN AFFAIRS UNEASY QUESTION OF SUCCESSION GENERAL AVERESCU DISMISSED FROM OFFICE (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) Bucharest, June 13. The discovery that General Averescu circulated an order that in the event of the King’s death all civil power shall pass immediately into the hands of the nearest senior army officer resulted in his dismissal. It is stated that a copy reached M. Bratianu who showed it to the King. The newspapers are charging Averescu’® Ministers with the misuse of public funds.— A. and N.Z. and Sun. DEATH SENTENCE FOR SPYING. London, June 13. A message from Odessa reports that ten Rumanians were sentenced to death allegedly for spying during the last three years on the Bessarabian frontier. —A. and N.Z. and Sun.
